HLT33115 – Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in nursing work in acute care)
This course is not accepting new enrolments in 2024.
This qualification aims to provide students with the foundation knowledge and the elementary skills required to work safely, ethically and efficiently in a health services environment. Students successfully completing the 360 hour course, including the specialisation component, will be eligible to complete the Certificate III in Health Services Assistant qualification.
All other students undertaking the 240 hour course have the opportunity to gain units of competency towards Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

On completion of your HSC further your skills:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or Ageing Support or Leisure and Health
