CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
This qualification provides a pathway to work in early childhood education and caring centres which support the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development.
Work could be undertaken in a long day care or after school care facility, where the student can respond to children through play and learning, promoting the care and safety of children. Possible job titles include childcare worker.
The 240 hour course provides partial completion of the CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
The 480 hour course provides an opportunity to undertake the full qualification, and is suitable for students who are engaged with a school-based traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care.
